Some days are great,
And some are not so great.
I realized that the day you are up early can follow your routine like going for a walk, doing yoga, planning your day, showering a few words of gratitude to people who helped you, etc., the day not only becomes productive, but happier too.
The day you wake up late, then the reverse of the above is so frustrating, painful, and unhappy.
Waking up early and following your routine is the key to happiness.
